Lt. (Ret.) Sean Arthur is an integral part of Constant Technologies’ Public Safety team. With a 30-year career in law enforcement, Lt. Arthur brings valuable experience and a commitment to improving public safety through innovative intelligence center solutions.
Lt. Sean Arthur retired from the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, where he served in roles including District Commander, Watch Commander, and Lieutenant of Aviation, Marine, and Agriculture. His experience also includes positions as Property Crime Investigator, Sex Crime and Child Abuse Investigator, and Homicide/Robbery Investigator at the Sanford Police Department. His extensive background in law enforcement has equipped him with the skills and insights needed to lead and innovate in public safety.
As the project manager for the Real Time Operations Center (ROC) at the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, Lt. Arthur led the project from inception to completion. Under his guidance, the ROC evolved into a model facility, attracting law enforcement agencies worldwide to learn from its success. His firsthand experience in designing, building, and supervising a ROC provides invaluable expertise to our clients.
In his role at Constant Technologies, Lt. Arthur is dedicated to assisting leaders across the country in establishing their own mission-critical centers. Drawing on his decades of law enforcement experience and expertise in real-time operations, he aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of public safety operations nationwide. By building strong relationships with these agencies, he fosters collaboration and ensures tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Sean’s academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration and a Master’s Degree in Administration from Barry University, complementing his experience in designing and supervising mission-critical facilities.Â
