Operations center expert expands public safety division
North Kingstown, RI: Constant Technologies, which specializes in command and control environments, continues to take key steps toward aiding our country’s public safety organizations in their mission to improve efficiency. Over the last few years, Constant has revolutionized the ability of the public safety sector to protect their communities with Real Time Intelligence Centers. The company is dedicated to meeting the needs of those who serve the public by providing innovative command center solutions.
As part of that commitment, Constant is adding specialists dedicated exclusively to this goal. Constant Technologies is proud to announce the addition of retired Lt. Sean Arthur (Collier County Sheriff’s Office) to lead their public safety division. Lt. Arthur has first-hand experience designing, building, and supervising a Real Time Operations Center (ROC). As the project manager for the ROC at Collier County Sheriff’s Office, Lt. Arthur led the county’s project from inception to completion. Under Lt. Arthur’s leadership, the ROC grew to be a flagship center, drawing agencies from all over the world to tour and consult with Arthur to learn how to translate the success of Collier County’s ROC into their own operations. In his role as Constant’s Public Safety Operations Specialist, Lt. Arthur will be in a position to directly help other leaders across the country create their own mission critical centers.
Of his position with Constant, Lt. Arthur says, “I am excited to join the Constant Technologies Team and to be leading the Public Safety Division. This position will allow me to use my decades of experience in law enforcement and firsthand knowledge in the designing, building, and supervising of a Real Time Operation Center in combination with Constant’s cutting-edge design and integration of technology to make a positive impact for strategic command and safer communities.”
Lt. Arthur holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration and a Master’s Degree in Administration from Barry University. He spent nearly thirty years as a law enforcement officer where he led and served in many areas of law enforcement, including District Commander, Watch Commander, Lieutenant of Aviation, Marine and Agriculture, Special Events Lieutenant, and Homicide Investigator.
