In December 2023, High Point PD implemented the Fusus platform, an advanced tool for real-time situational awareness. The success of this platform created a need for a dedicated space to fully leverage its capabilities, which prompted the buildout of their RTCC. Working closely with the High Point team, Constant Technologies designed a space that could integrate seamlessly with their operational requirements—ensuring that every detail, from the video wall system to customized furniture, supported High Point’s mission.
Purpose-Driven Design for Mission-Critical Success
As the RTCC Supervisor explains in the video, the RTCC was designed to enhance collaboration and efficiency. Constant Technologies installed a video wall system that allows for comprehensive monitoring, ensuring that analysts have the right tools to process and act on critical information.
