A Partnership Model Aligned with ICOPA
A main focus at the ICOPA Annual Conference is leadership is how public safety leaders can better support their teams and communities.
Public safety leaders choose partners who will engage early in discovery conversations, translate operational needs into functional layouts, integrate mission-critical technology, and remain engaged after commissioning.

From early planning and budget alignment through installation, integration, training, and long-term service, Constant provides expertise tailored specifically to command and control environments.
Our public safety team includes retired real-time operations center leaders, such as Lt. Sean Riley, who brings many years of law enforcement experience to each conversation.
