2025 was defined by productive collaboration, precise execution, and the expertise of our entire team. From useful introductory conversations to expert design, planning, installation, commissioning, training, and dedicated ongoing support, our process ensures that each solution meets the highest standards.

We have designed and delivered mission-critical operations centers for public safety agencies modernizing real-time operations, as well as utilities and enterprise finance clients expanding their command-and-control capabilities. This year our careful planning, collaborative teamwork, and technical precision resulted in premier security operations centers that support our clients’ most critical missions.

Purpose-Built Spaces, Delivered

Across the country, agencies have trusted Constant to design, integrate, and support operations centers built for performance and long-term scalability.

This year, we completed 120+ mission-critical installations, including fusion centers, enterprise GSOCs, and public safety centers. While not all are publicly named, each shares a common foundation: resilient design, seamless integration, and ongoing support. Highlighted among the public safety projects we completed this year include:

Glendale Police Department’s Real-Time Intelligence Center (RTIC)

The Glendale, CA Police Department’s RTIC is a purpose-built space designed to support Glendale, California’s broader safety initiatives and serve as a central resource for regional partners.

Miami Beach Police Department’s Real-Time Intelligence Center (RTIC)

The Miami Beach Police Department’s RTIC is an intelligence-driven operations center that centralizes video, sensor, and aerial data to provide officers with a virtual partner in the field, supporting rapid responses, officer safety, and proactive policing is one of the nation’s most visited cities.

Cicero Police Department’s RTCC

The Cicero, IL Police Department’s RTCC is a modernized environment built to support community-focused policing with improved data visualization and collaborative workflows.

Providence Police Department’s Real-Time Crime Center (RTCC)

The Providence, RI Police Department’s RTCC is a state-of-the-art local project that enhances situational awareness and supports the department’s evolving operational strategy.

Amarillo’s Regional Crime Center

The Amarillo, TX Regional Crime Center is great example of regional collaboration, bringing multi-agency intelligence, analytics, and operations together in one collaborative environment.

Across these centers, outcomes were consistent: improved situational awareness, clearer operational workflows, and spaces built to evolve with technology, staffing, and mission needs.

Insights From the Field: What Our Experts Saw in 2025

Every project brings new lessons, and our team of specialists continues to note what’s changing across mission-critical operations. Agencies are continuing to request solutions with long-term adaptability in mind.

On Design and Ergonomics

“More agencies are thinking ahead, designing their RTCCs for scalability and future integrations from the start.”

On Visualization and Display Technologies

“Mission-critical display systems continue to advance, but reliability remains the priority. Agencies want systems that enhance awareness without adding complexity.”

On Implementation and Coordination

“Successful RTCC and RTIC projects start with shared expectations and disciplined project planning.”
