Constant Technologies installed a user-friendly video wall system that enables real-time content sharing from the RTIC, to the Supervisor’s conference room, and the Watch Commander’s room on the second floor. This kind of integration ensures that critical intelligence reaches decision-makers quickly, allowing them to monitor incidents in real time and respond effectively.
The RTIC features six dedicated workstations for operators, along with an adjoining supervisor’s room that provides direct access to dispatch supervisors. The carefully planned layout ensures that operators have the right tools and visibility to monitor and act on critical information.
