Lt. Sean Arthur retired from the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, where he served in roles including District Commander, Watch Commander, and Lieutenant of Aviation, Marine, and Agriculture. His experience also includes positions as Property Crime Investigator and Homicide/Robbery Investigator at the Sanford Police Department. His extensive background in law enforcement has equipped him with the skills and insights needed to lead and innovate in public safety.
Building a Model Real-Time Operations Center
Among Lt. Arthur’s many accomplishments, his leadership in developing the Real-Time Operations Center (ROC) at the Collier County Sheriff’s Office stands as a career-defining achievement. He guided the ROC from concept to completion, ensuring its design met the specific needs of real-time law enforcement operations. The ROC has since gained recognition as a model facility, drawing attention from agencies across the country seeking to replicate its success. Lt.
