Constant Technologies is pleased to announce that Guillermo Canseco has joined the company as Vice President of Control Rooms for Latin America, leading regional growth, partnerships, and project execution across energy, industrial, and mission-critical infrastructure environments.

In this role, Canseco will lead Constant’s growth across Latin America, working closely with operators, EPCs, and technology partners to deliver resilient, high-performance control room environments. He will support clients from early engagement through project execution, bringing regional expertise and hands-on experience in complex industrial settings.

Canseco brings more than 19 years of experience working across energy, mission-critical infrastructure, and industrial environments in Latin America and the U.S. Gulf Coast. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations enter new markets, build trusted relationships, and deliver control room projects where reliability, safety, and operational continuity are essential.

Earlier in his career, Canseco built and led Latin American operations for a global control room provider, delivering the region’s first turnkey control room projects. These included the Main Maritime Traffic Control Center for the Panama Canal and the integrated control room for Mexico’s Dos Bocas Refinery, supporting one of the country’s most significant energy infrastructure developments. These projects required close coordination across engineering, construction, technology, and operations, experience that continues to shape his approach to large-scale control room delivery.

Following this work, Canseco partnered closely with oil and gas and energy clients, gaining direct experience with operator and EPC requirements in complex industrial environments. This background positions him to align strategic objectives with the practical realities of designing and delivering mission-critical control rooms.

“Guillermo brings a rare combination of regional knowledge, technical understanding, and execution experience,” said Brad Righi, President of Constant Technologies.

“He understands how control rooms function within broader industrial operations, and how to deliver them in environments where uptime, safety, and long-term performance matter.”

At Constant, Canseco is focused on developing resilient control room environments that support evolving operational demands. His work will include regional strategy development, partnership expansion, customer engagement, and support for complex, multi-stakeholder projects across Latin America. “Latin America represents a significant opportunity for mission-critical control room development,” Canseco said.

“I’m excited to join Constant and support organizations across the region with environments that are designed not only for today’s operations, but for long-term reliability and growth.”

Canseco is based in Texas and works closely with Constant partners and clients throughout Latin America, strengthening the company’s global capabilities while maintaining a strong regional presence.
