Project management is an essential piece of Constant’s operations center design and installation process. Thanks to project management processes and techniques perfected over hundreds of installations of all scopes, the project managers at Constant can help you set practical, achievable goals for your command center implementation.

The Project Management Process:

During the first stage, our project managers will meet with you to gather all the information about the requirements for your command center. We carefully analyze your needs to determine the best space design, operations center console layout and the video wall system that best fits your operational requirements and budget. The Constant design process also takes aesthetic and ergonomic factors into consideration.

Once we determine the right design for your specific requirements, all the various pieces of your project begin to come together. Constant stages the components of your command center – from the technical furniture to the AV technology– at our facility to test every element before approving for delivery to the installation site. When we determine that all pieces are fully operational and ready to go,  our team arrives at your location to install every detail exactly according to design specifications.

Throughout the entire process, our project managers work side by side with your facilities department, architects and general contractors to make sure the entire process goes smoothly up to the start of operations. We attend weekly project calls and meetings and perform site visits as needed to keep everyone informed on where we are in the project cycle.”
