Earlier this year, Constant completed work on its Support Operations Center (SOC). Our SOC was built as a fully functioning monitoring and dispatch center to track real-time tickets. This monitoring center allows us to ensure uptime for our clients.
The Constant Support Operations Center showcases multiple video walls composed of thin bezel tiled LCD monitors. As both a functional service center and an example of the audiovisual integration we can offer our clients, Constant’s SOC features display wall processing that allows simple layout recalls, content sharing and easy to use graphical interfaces. These solutions simplify the complexities of operations centers.
In addition to serving as a practical support center, our space can also act as a demo center that displays our integration capabilities. “We often showed off the technology and consoles acting as the backbone of our system. Our Support Operations Center provides a glimpse into the quality of workmanship our clients can expect,” says Brad Righi, president of Constant Technologies.
Our support center also features a variety of our custom console solutions, featuring adjustable height sit-stand consoles, pod configurations, traditional rows of consoles, and our Simplicity console.
Due to the pandemic, in recent months much of our process has changed. Our Support Operations Center has become an even more valuable part of our business model at all stages of the process. Righi elaborates: “Because potential clients are not able to see our center in person or visit other client sites due to restricted access, we have pivoted our offerings. Using the Support Operations Center, we are now providing web demos that can showcase our technology offerings virtually.”
Not only does the operations center enable Constant to conduct virtual demos, it also allows for a focused and connected hub to offer support to our clients through uncertain times. As its name implies, our Support Operations Center functions as our client support center, providing service and support to customers around the world. A centralized hub for service and support enables us to have an even more focused and connected team ready to help our clients.
Ultimately, the creation of this center within our headquarters allows us to better serve our customers in a variety of ways. The past several months have taught us that being able to pivot and support our clients is more important than ever.
