The National Sheriffs’ Association (NSA) Winter Conference will be held February 4-7, 2023 at the JW Marriott hotel in Washington, DC. Attendees include the NSA’s most active sheriffs, members of congress, officials at federal agencies, and first responders. This event offers an opportunity to explore challenges facing law enforcement and discover new solutions to navigate the future.
Lt. Sean Arthur, from Constant, will be at Booth 58. Lt. Arthur has first-hand experience with integrating Real Time Intelligence Centers. As the project manager for the ROC at Collier County Sheriff’s Office, Lt. Arthur led the county’s project from inception to completion. Under his leadership, the ROC grew to be a flagship center, drawing agencies from all over the world to tour and consult with him to learn how to translate the success of Collier County’s ROC to their own operations. In his role as Constant’s Real Time Public Safety Specialist, Lt. Arthur directly helps other leaders across the country create their own mission critical centers.
