Earlier this week, Constant attended the 126th annual IACP Conference and Exposition.
Since 1893, the IACP (International Association of Chiefs of Police) has been a guiding source for law enforcement professionals, giving leaders the strategies, techniques, and resources to successfully operate. IACP 2019 includes 4 days of education and an exposition hall that runs from Sunday – Tuesday. As the largest event for law enforcement, the IACP draws more than 16,000 public safety professionals.
