The RTCC Summit: Collaborate. Innovate. Secure.
- October 1, 2025: 9:00am-7:00pm CDT
- The Constellation Club: 5215 N O’Connor Blvd, Irving, TX
Why This Summit Matters
With smart cities on the rise and global events like FIFA 2026 fast approaching, the demands on public safety agencies are rapidly evolving. Real-Time Crime Centers (RTCCs) are no longer a future concept; they’re operational necessities for agencies seeking to reduce response times, maximize situational awareness, and lead with data-driven decision-making.
On October 1st, leaders in policing, technology, and municipal planning will gather in Irving, Texas, for Command & Control: The RTCC Summit, a first-of-its-kind event designed specifically for professionals looking to start or strengthen their agency’s real-time operations.
This summit isn’t about theoretical solutions or vendor pitches. It’s about experience. It’s about hearing from leaders who’ve built, led, and grown RTCCs that are making a difference today.
Lieutenant Ben Jones, who led the Winston-Salem PD RTCC shares that:
“RTCCs aren’t just fancy control rooms at police departments. They fill gaps in information, resources, and manpower. They enable decisions that are faster, more informed, and more accurate. Ultimately, that leads to safer officers and stronger communities.”

If you’re a:
- Police chief, sheriff, or public safety command staff
- City official overseeing smart city or security initiatives
- Technology leader within a government or public agency
- Project manager planning a new RTCC, or rethinking your existing one
…then this summit is for you.
